Our client runs a IT business out of New York. They supply and support their software worldwide. They were looking for a local presence in the Asia Pacific region. We set up a local company for them in Australia and provide a range of financial services to them on an ongoing basis. The services include:

• Bookkeeping
• Accounting incl a monthly financial report
• Tax compliance incl BAS,IAS, payroll tax, fringe benefits tax, year end return
• Local director
• Tax advice from time to time
• Oversee the payroll process for some 20+ employees
